Yes, all our packages are fully customizable. You can request itinerary changes, hotel upgrades (e.g., to 5-star or luxury stays), or even add/remove destinations — just let our team know your preferences.
We accept payments via bank transfer, cash, and select digital wallets. You can choose to pay in full or use our flexible installment plan (where available). Terms will be shared during booking.
Yes — round-trip international or domestic airfare is included unless stated otherwise. Some custom packages may exclude flights on request or due to regional departure preferences.
In case of visa rejection, we refund the package amount minus any non-refundable booking costs (like flight tickets or hotel deposits). Our team always guides you through a smooth application process.
